Trifle

2 sponge cakes (2-3 days old)
1 packet port wine jelly
1 packet fruit jelly
Fresh berries (or jam)
60mL Sherry or Port (or other sticky)

Custard
2 cups milk
1/2 lemon zested
4 egg yolks
1/3 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup cornflour
2 tbsp butter
