Heart Attack Brownies

  1. Cream butter, cocoa and caster sugar in a mixing bowl
  2. Add the eggs, vanilla essence and mix well (until creamy)
  3. Add the flour and baking powder to the bowl, fold through
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips (both kinds) and peanuts until evenly throughout the batter
  5. Bake at 160C in a slice tray for 30 mins or until cooked through
  6. Allow to cool completely the cut
  7. Serve with icing sugar dusted over the top
