Banana Cake 2

  1. Preheat oven to 160deg C and prepare 2 cake tins (grease/flour and baking paper)
  2. Cream butter and sugar
  3. Add vanilla essence and then beat one egg at a time in to the mix (beating well between eggs)
  4. Put all bananas in and beat well
  5. Once combined well stir in the cinnamon, plain flour and bi carb soda on a low speed until well combined
  6. Place in cake tin/s and cook for 1 hour and 15 mins or until cake springy/skewer comes out clean
  7. Let sit for 10 mins then remove from tin and place on wire cooling rack until cool
  8. Put whipped cream between the two cakes and dust with icing sugar
