Carrot and Walnut Cake

  1. Combine all dry ingredients except for walnuts and carrot in a bowl. Mix through.
  2. Add eggs, butter and mix in well.
  3. Combine walnuts and carrots with batter mixture.
  4. Cook in oven at 160 degrees C for 1 hour 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with Cream Cheese frosting.
