Reference Library

In this section I’ll list all the reference books I use (and further down as I find them add reliable websites) both for cooking, and for inspiration.  I have divided it up into the following categories

  • essential references references that every kitchen should have a copy of, both for encyclopedic and for educational value (potentially used on a daily basis);
  • important referencesreferences that I utilise but never as a sole resource (potentially used on a weekly basis);
  • nice to havesreferences that I use, or would like to use, but only if time/money permits; and
  • background readingreferences that are useful, but in a  “for information only” kind of way
